1.1 By registering and having logged into our server, you acknowledge and accept that (a) you are at least 18 years old, (b) you have read and accepted Terms of Use of the website and (c) Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the website regarding the Terms of the Services.

2.4 Any "Abnormal Bets," including the use of artificial intelligence or "Bots" on the internet, shall be invalid without prior warning. Members' accounts may be terminated if they attempt to employ artificial intelligence.
2.5 Bets will be accepted provided your username and password are correctly supplied and you have enough money in your account. It is completely your responsibility to ensure that the information on your bets is correct. Once your bets have been placed and validated by us, they cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or amended.
2.6 You are solely responsible and liable for any activities and transactions that occur as a consequence of your use of any information, including your name, account number, and login and password.
2.7 Bets are regarded as valid and accepted by the firm when a transaction ID appears on your screen and is later shown in your transaction history.
2.8 No betting is permitted after an event has begun or when the outcome of an event is known at the time your bet is placed. 3.1 If there are inconsistencies between the bank account and the registered name, the firm maintains the right not to settle the transaction.
3.2 Your earnings are exclusive of your bet amount, which you should keep in mind while placing your bet.
